Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager at mimbi, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the retail and e-commerce sector. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales management for SaaS companies, particularly in the retail and e-commerce space. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, a proactive problem solver, and a dynamic leader who can build and manage a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

- New Business Development: Identify, target, and engage potential clients within the retail and e-commerce industry. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new customers and meet revenue targets.
- Sales Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide coaching and support to ensure the team's success.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Use this knowledge to develop strategies that position mimbi as a leader in the retail media campaign management space.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business needs. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously improve and streamline the sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, and closing deals. Implement best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Generate accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to the executive team. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
