As an Inside Sales Representative at mimbi, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales for SaaS companies within the retail and e-commerce industry.
- Prospect, identify, and qualify potential leads through research and outbound outreach. - Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' challenges and goals. - Present mimbi's suite of solutions effectively, tailoring pitches to meet each client's specific needs. - Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies. - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking all activities and interactions in our CRM system. - Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets. - Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
