Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative at mimbi, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients in the retail and e-commerce sector, building relationships, and driving revenue through our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales for SaaS companies within the retail and e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect, identify, and qualify potential leads through research and outbound outreach.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' challenges and goals.
- Present mimbi's suite of solutions effectively, tailoring pitches to meet each client's specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking all activities and interactions in our CRM system.
- Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven inside sales experience in the SaaS industry, with a focus on retail and e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of retail media and digital advertising.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
